Proceed at your own risk then: If ESP files do conflict, rename ESP from desire Unique Player mod to something else and make sure it is loaded after ESP of original Unique Player mod Install this Patch, stand-alone version. This will theoretically allow you to use this Patch with other Unique Player mods, like UPF Install original Unique Player mod Install desire Unique Player mod like UPF Important: If there are any conflicts-check what exactly is conflicting.
